It is a marvelous city that enchants every visitor we’ve had the pleasure to host. Likewise, Cartagena is a world-renowned landmark, with premium dining experiences, beautiful beaches, and enchanting castles.
At Gutierrez Group, we knew the next step for our select clientele, friends, and anyone looking for a high-end traveling experience was to create an intuitive, user-friendly property booking site.
Accordingly, after several years of experience, listening to our clients, and understanding what they value about our brand and about Colombia, we are excited to share with you the ideal booking experience for the savvy traveler.
Our luxury property booking site works like other sites you may be familiar with (Airbnb, Booking, etc.). However, we wanted to make sure the experience was as easy to use as possible, and we went ahead and created a lean walkthrough of the booking process.
- Open your favorite browser on your computer or mobile phone and access our site: propertymanagementgutierrezgroup.com.co
- Once you are on our site, on the left hand of the screen, make sure to select:
- The dates of your trip: Check-in and check-out dates.
- Location: Select either Medellin or Cartagena.
- How many rooms you need
- Once you have done this, click on the search bar.
- A new page will open up with all of the properties that match your specifications (number of rooms, locations, and dates). Here you will be able to browse all of the options we have available for your selected dates and a quick overview of the number of people allowed in each location, the number of rooms and bathrooms, as well as the price.
5. Once you have decided which option better fits your criteria, simply click the “Book Now” button at the bottom of your top choice.
6. A new page will open up with all of the pictures of the property you are interested in with some details such as the check-in process, cancellation policies, house rules, amenities, etc.
7. Make sure the property you selected is perfect for your trip, and click the button “check availability”.
8. Once we confirm the property will be available, click the confirm reservation button.
9. A new page will open up. Here, we will ask for your personal information to help you book the ideal property for your next trip to Colombia.
10. Once you have filled out all of your personal details, click the book now button at the bottom of the page.
11. A new page will pop up for you to add your billing details. Make sure you let us know any other additional information you consider important for us to make sure your trip is perfect.
12. Once you have filled in your billing details, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button “place order”. (Our partner, PayU, manages the transaction and guarantees that all payment standards and security protocols are in place.
13. From here onwards, simply continue the payment process with PayU, and be sure to pack your bags for a unique adventure in Colombia.
